Please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package if there's anything wrong with it! Buyer is responsible for return postage and original postage will not be refunded.
There will be a $5 fee + the shipping to resend the item. The $5 fee is is not for us to keep. It is charged by the shipping company and acts as return fees to bring back and process returned shipments.
In the event that a customer wishes to cancel the order but work (ie. drafts) has already started, a store credit will be issued instead.
Depending on the situation, a store credit may be issued instead.
Please note that there are NO refunds on customized/personalized items.
